All BalanceTape products are CE marked medical devices according to the Medical Device Directive MDR 2017/745 class 1 and are manufactured to strict specifications and in accordance with the EU Medical Devices Directive, in facilities certified to ISO13485.

All tapes are produced by a company with more than 17 years of experience. Our manufacturing partners take pride in meeting the highest safety and quality standards that our customers and patients have come to expect. Stringent quality control is applied throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring a consistent, reliable and safe product.

The base material for all our tapes is quality cotton and a small amount of spandex. 

BalanceTape offers high quality, safe and reliable products. In 2018, Hegu Svenska AB was acquired by Lojer Oy, the largest manufacturer of medical furniture and retailer of physiotherapy products in the Nordic countries.
