The amount of tape needed: 1 single strip

    Balance Tape, Neck pain, Shoulder pain

    1.Tilt your head to the side so that the muscles stretch.           

    2. Apply the tape without stretch at the hairline.          

    3. Apply the tape at 25% stretch along the neck, towards the shoulder. Attach the end without stretch.

    Tape opposite side of neck/shoulder in the same way.
